Instructions



1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch round cake pan with butter and line with parchment paper.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together the oil, vanilla extract, buttermilk, and eggs until combined.

4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
