Instructions

Step 1: Make the Cake



In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and stir until combined. Add the melted butter and stir until combined.

Place the cooled cake onto a flat surface. Spread the cream cheese filling evenly over the top of the cake. Starting from one of the short sides, roll the cake up tightly. Place the cake seam-side down onto a serving plate. Slice and serve.
