Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan with vegan butter.
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add the melted butter, almond milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract, and stir until everything is well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and sprinkle the blueberries over the top. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
