Instructions

First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients in three additions, alternating with the vodka and Redbull, and beating until just combined.
